改良输卵管再通术配合中药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕100例

Clinical Analysis of Reformed-fallopian Tube Recanalization with Chinese Traditional Medicines for Treatment of Infertility Resulted from Fallopian Tube Obstruction:a Report of 100 Cases

目的 探讨改良法输卵管再通术配合中药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法 将180例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为两组，再通术配合中药治疗组100例，单纯再通术治疗组80例，术后随访6个月～1年，统计两组治疗方法的有效率、宫内妊娠率、异位妊娠率及复发粘连率。结果 再通术配合中药治疗组有效率为72％，单纯再通术有效率为57．5％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）：随访6个月～1年，再通术配合中药治疗组宫内妊娠率为48％，异位妊娠率5％，复发粘连占复查人数27．8％；单纯介入组宫内妊娠率为32，5％，异位妊娠率为8．7％，复发粘连占复查人数56％。两组宫内妊娠率及复发粘连率比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0，05），两组异位妊娠率比较，差异无显著性意义。结论 改良法输卵管再通术配合中药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的有效率、受孕率均较单纯改良再通术效果好，复发再粘连率低，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of reformed - fallopian tube reeanalization （RFTR） with Chinese traditional medicines for treatment of infertility resulted from fallopian tube obstruction. Methods 180 patients of infertile women with fallopian tube obstruction were randomly divided into the treated gToup （ n = 100, treated with RFTR combined with Chinese traditional medicines） and the control group （ n = 80, treated with RFTR alone）. All cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The efficacy rate, pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and the re - adhension rate were recorded in both groups. Results The efficacy rate of treated group and the control group were 72% and 57.5% respectively, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Tbe pregnancy rates of the two groups were 48% and 32.5% respectively, and the results were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ectopic pregnancy rate of the two groups were 5 % and 8.7 % respectively, without statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05）. The re - adhension rates of the two groups were 27.8% and 56% respectively, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05） Conclusion RFTR with Chinese traditional medicines therapy is an effective meth-od to treat infertility resulted from fallopian tube obstruction.
