摘要
本文选取近50a西北干旱区21个代表站点降水量数据,采用Z指数法确定西北干旱区旱涝等级,分析近50a来西北干旱区旱涝时空变化。结果表明,从90年代起,旱涝灾害交替发生。干旱比多雨发生多,尤其在新疆的西部和南部旱灾发生频繁,但严重多雨比严重干旱更多发生。最后针对旱涝灾害提出防御措施。
Based on the precipitation data of 21 representative stations in resent 50 years, used Z index method to analyze the changes of space-time drought and flood in the arid region of Northwest china. The results showed that disasters of drought and flood happened by turns from 1990. Frequencies of drought were more than that of flood, especially in the western and southern of Xinjiang, but frequency of severe floods were more than that of drought. Finally we put forward counter measures to the disasters of drought and flood.
