黄杨粗蛋白、氨基酸组分与脯氨酸等与其耐寒性的研究 被引量:13

摘要 本研究选取了栽植于包头市市区内五个绿地中的三个黄杨品种,在不同时期测定其与耐寒性相关的粗蛋白,氨基酸等生理指标,以比较分析三个黄杨品种的耐寒性差异及其生理基础。结果表明:粗蛋白与氨基酸含量冬季高夏季低,脯氨酸的含量在冬季明显高于夏季,这些变化与其耐寒性有关,而羟脯氨酸含量与黄杨耐寒性无明显关系。比较三个品种的耐寒生理指标差异综合得出:三个黄杨品种的耐寒性强弱依次是锦熟黄杨最强,朝鲜黄杨次之,小叶黄杨最弱。 Three varieties of Chinese box planted in five different areas of Baotou was selected to analyse the difference of chilling tolerant. The physiological factors related to chilling tolerant were detected in different growth stages, including protein content and amino acid contents. The results showed: The content of protein and amino acid were high in winter and low in summer. The proline content was higher in winter than in summer obviously, and there were evident difference between varieties and positive correlation between chilling tolerant and variety, that was to say, there was high tolerant when there was high content percentage. But the hydroxyproline content was lower in winter than in flouring growth stage, and it had not relations with chilling tolerant. According to the above, it was concluded that the ranking of the chilling tolerant was : the strongest one was buxus sempervirens L. , next one was buxus sinicus cheng and the weakest one was buxus microphylla sieb.
