摘要
目的:探讨以人文关怀为核心的护理教育新理念的实施方法和运用价值。方法:用3年的时间,对200名在校护生采用“参与式”、“情景式”教学、“人文行动工程”、社会实践等方式培养护生的情、理、知、行等人文关怀方面的综合素质。结果:护生在临床实践中体现了良好的人文素质,在护患关系、护患沟通、医护协作能力等方面表现突出,获得了平均91.67分的测评成绩。结论:加强在校护生的人文关怀教育,培养护生的关怀理念,并将其融入临床护理实践中,既是可行的,也是完全必要的。以人文关怀为核心的护理新理念已在临床护理实践中得到了充分的肯定,并取得了良好的效果。
Objective To explore the implemental methods and the utilization value of the new nursing ideas which take the humanity concern as a core. Methods 200 college students majoring in nursing were trained in three years to develop their humanity concern qualities by means of adopting participating method, situational teaching, the project of humanity action and social practice as well. Result These students have manifested the good humanity qualities in the clinical practice and displayed prominently in getting along with the patients, communicating with them and cooperating with the doctors. They got 91.67 marks on average in the test. Conclusion So it is not only feasible but also quite necessary to establish new ideas of nursing to the students by combining humanity concern education with clinical practice. The new nursing ideas which take the humanities concern as a core have obtained the full affirmation and good effects in the clinical practice.
