摘要
采用参数调节法研究了折射率对一维光子晶体禁带宽度的调制作用,通过数值计算得到禁带宽度的解析表达式及禁带宽度随光子晶体的折射率比(n1/n2)的增加而增加的结论,说明用调节一维光子晶体的折射率来实现对禁带宽度的调制是十分有效的。
By using the adjustable parameter method, wide photonic photonic crystal is modulated by index of refraction. The formula of wide forbidden band of one - dimensional photonic forbidden band of one - dimensional photonic crystal is deduced. The wide photonic forbidden band increases when n1/n2 increases. The conclusion shows that such method is efficacious.
