摘要
本试验研究了亚低温环境对两个耐低温性不同的番茄品系幼苗细胞膜透性、丙二醛和脂肪酸含量的影响。结果表明:短时间的亚低温处理,MDA含量、细胞膜透性恒定升高;亚低温处理低于6d时,饱和脂肪酸含量降低,不饱和脂肪酸含量升高,不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸之比增大。(13±1)℃/(7±1)℃的低温处理未造成细胞膜系的破坏。亚低温环境下,耐低温品系L66能维持低细胞膜透性和MDA含量,高不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸比值,不耐低温品系L72则相反。
Membrane permeability, MDA and free fatty acid content in leaves of two tomato inbred lines seedlings with different low temperature tolerance were studied. The results showed that MDA content and membrane permeability increased in the whole process of low temperature treatment. The content of SFA decreased, USFA content and USFA/SFA increased, when the low temperature treatment time shorter than 6 days. ( 13 ± 1 ) ℃/(7± 1 ) ℃ did not damage the membrane system. Low temperature tolerant line L66 could maintain lower membrane permeability and MDA content, higher USFA/SFA than low temperature sensitive line L72.
