摘要
本文采用静力学分析方法对圆锯片的离心应力场和热应力场的分布进行了系统的理论分析,得出离心力与回转速度(切线速度)的平方成正比,热应力在切向的绝对值呈内低外高的趋势分布。这为进一步提高圆锯片的动态特性提供了重要的参考依据。
Using static mechanics analysis method , this paper gives the results in the circular saw blade centrifugal and thermal stresses, knowing that the centrifugal stresses in proportion to the square of rotary relocity and thermal stresses show a concave and convex tendency along the tangential absolute value. The results are useful for improring the dynamic performance of circular saws.
