摘要
探索重量法测定桔梗中总皂苷含量的不确定度评定方式。依照《中国药典》2005年版一部桔梗总皂苷含量测定项下操作,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,量化不确定度分量。评定了重量法测定桔梗中总皂苷含量的不确定度。本检测方法的不确定度评定结果为0.2495P(k=2)。
A evaluation method of uncertainty was tried to find out for determination of the total saponin in Radix Platycodonis by weight method. The determination of total saponin was carried out according to the method in volume one, Chinese Pharmacopoeia Edition 2005. A mathematics formula was established, the source of uncertainty was analyzed, and the combined uncertainty was calculated. The uncertainty of determination of total saponin in Radix Platycodonis by weight method was assessed, and the result of uncertainty was showed as 0. 2495P.
