摘要
上海先锋电机厂在研制美国NEMA二极电动机时,曾多次修改二极电动机电磁设计方案,均未能达到外方要求的效率标准,最后“通过增大气隙长度,减小杂散损耗,使样机效率达标”。现将按该设计进行的试制体会和经验介绍如下。
Theoretical analysis on the influence to the perormance of 3-phase asynchronous motor caused by enlarging gap design is introduced in the paper. It is this experience that solved the problem that the two-poles NEMA motor manufactured in the Shanghai Xienfeng failed to meet with US standard in aspect of efficiency. Here the experience and lessons in the design and trial production of this kind large gap two-poles motor is described.
