人力资源管理与中国企业绩效的提升

摘要 薪酬体系通过激励效应和筛选效应对企业生产率产生影响。来自Safelite公司的研究表明,薪酬体系的变革使其生产率提高了44%。包含晋升激励的锦标赛模式被证明能够提高企业效率。大型企业还应结合薪酬之外的其他激励因素来提高对团队激励的有效性。加强人力资源管理有助于中国企业绩效的提升。 Compensation system affects enterprises' productivity through inspiring effect and filtering effect. The experience from Safelite shows that the reform of compensation system increases its productivity by 44%. The tournament mode including inspiration of promotion is proved to be useful for improve productivity. Large-size enterprises should combine some other inspiring factor with compensation system to enhance the validity of inspiration. It is helpful of enhance human resource management to improve the performance of Chinese enterprises.
