科学评价预警探测系统作战效能是指导其发展建设的重要基础。本文通过建立预警探测系统作战效能模型,确定了评价指标,尝试采用云重心评价方法对预警探测系统的作战效能进行评价。

The accurate evaluation of combat effectiveness is an important base for the development of early waming detection system. The combat effectiveness model and index system of early waming detection system is established. A new evaluation method of membership cloud gravity center （MCGC） is tried to use to evaluate the combat effectiveness of early waming detection system.
