摘要
通过实验,对气力式两通道喷嘴中圆射流的雾化特性进行研究。研究了喷嘴结构尺寸(气相通道出口收缩形式、气相通道面积及液相通道面积)对雾化粒度SMD的影响,探讨了其内在原因。还研究了液体表面张力及粘度对SMD的影响,并用最小二乘法拟合出SMD与无量纲数Z及We的关系:SMD∝Z0.3920,SMD∝We-1.057。
The atomization characteristic of the round jet of the twin-channel coaxial fir-blast atomizer was investigated by experiment. The effects of the nozzle structure and size (Convergent or straight gas channel, area of the gas channel and area of the liquid channel) on droplet SMD was studied and analyzed in the light of available atomization mechanism It was confirmed that the liquid surface tension and the liquid viscosity have intensive effects on droplet SMD by the experiment. The data were fitted to the following equations, SMD∝Z^0.3920 and SMD∝We^1.057, by least-squares fit.
