摘要
结合某电厂燃用高灰分(50%~55%)、低热值(11.7~13.4 MJ/kg)煤燃烧器改造项目,设计了一种新型结构的稳燃器,以增加燃烧器出口的烟气回流量。以计算流体力学软件为平台,对该稳燃器出口流场进行了详细的数值模拟研究。计算结果表明:该稳燃器比同尺寸单方向布置稳燃器具有更合理的回流区和更大回流量,可避免因回流区过大而产生的结渣问题。数值试验结果为燃烧器的优化设计提供了依据。
Combined with the reconstruction of burner which fire coal with high ash(50-55%) content and low heat value ( 11.7MJ/kg to 13.4MJ/kg) , design a new type steady burner to increase the quantity of reflux of flue gas in the burner outlet. On computational fluid dynamic platform, numerical simulation has been performed to study flow field of the outlet of the steady burner. The results show that the new bluff body steady burner can make more reasonable back flow field and more quantity of reflux than the traditional one in single direction, as well as avoid slagging because of the increase of the back flow field. Simulation results can be used for optimized design of burner.
