摘要 氮氧化物是燃煤电站锅炉排放的大气污染物之一。在410 t/h锅炉上进行了NOx排放特性试验,试验得出锅炉过量空气系数、配风方式、制粉系统投运方式对NOx排放的影响,并对氧量与锅炉效率的关系进行了探讨,为锅炉优化运行,降低NOx污染物排放提供参考依据。运行结果表明,低氧燃烧的节能效果显著。 One of the primary factors of atmosphere pollutants is NOx from coal-fired power plants. The characteristics of NOx emission and control for 410t/h coal-fired boiler were reported. Effect of excessive air, manner of distributing air, state of pulverized coal preparation systems operation on NOx emission have been investigated. The results show that NOx emission will increase with increase of O2 in flue gas. The O2 in flue gas is an optimum value of 2% to 3% for lower NOx release during coal combustion. In addition, optimizing operation for combustion may produce lower NOx emission and improve combustion efficiency. The running results showed that low oxygen combustion benefits energy saving.
