摘要
论述了虚拟设计技术的概念和特点,运用虚拟设计技术对零传动滚齿机进行三维建模及干涉检验,并对关键部件进行刚度分析,在此过程中,对虚拟设计关键技术进行了研究,完成了零传动滚齿机的虚拟设计。
The conception and features of virtual design technology, were described. By using the virtual design technology, digital modeling and interference inspection of the zero - drive gear hobbing machine were done, and rigidity of its key parts was analyzed. The key technology of virtual design was studied, and virtual design of the zero - drive gear hobbing machine was completed.
