微型钻头磨床砂轮轴振动的分析与消除

摘要 微型钻头磨床砂轮轴振动严重地影响了钻头加工精度。通过对砂轮轴的传递矩阵建模分析,发现砂轮轴轴承刚度和砂轮尺寸是影响其振动的固有频率与振型的两个主要因素。轴承刚度越高,砂轮尺寸越小,其各阶固有频率越高;由于砂轮不对称布置,砂轮尺寸越大,各阶振型的振幅也越大。在调整砂轮轴轴承预紧前,采用M ach inery Analyzer model2130振动分析仪的测试结果也显示该砂轮轴在低频部分的振动较为严重,预紧轴承和精修砂轮后,振动消除。 The machining accuracy of microbit is worse for the vibration of grinding wheel spindle. By transter matrixes analyzing and modeling of the spindle, there are two main factors which impact the nature frequency and vibration model of the spindle. The first is stiffness of the spindle beatings and the second is dimensions of the grinding wheel. The nature frequency of the spindle rises with the high stiffness of the bearings and small dimensions of the grinding wheel. The amplitude of vibration model rises with the big dimensions and asymmetric assemble. Machinery Analyzer model 2130 was used to detect the spindle. The result shows that there is the severe vibration in low - frequency rang before raising preload of the spindle bearings. The vibration is eliminated after raising preload of the bearings and trimming the grinding wheel in precision.
