摘要
介绍一种可用于教学实践及工业应用的气动机械手的组成、特点、动作顺序及其应用PLC进行控制的设计方法,建立了相应的气动系统原理图,确定了PLC的输入/输出量,建立了PLC控制的硬件接线图及相应的控制流程图。该设计运用电磁阀或阀岛进行气路转换,结构简单、紧凑,工作可靠性好,可用非接触式传感器接收信号,并可实现远程控制。
The composition, characteristic, sequence of operation of a kind air operated manipulator available in the teaching practice and the industrial application, and the control design using PLC were introduced. The corresponding pneumatic system schematic diagram was established, the PLC input/output was determined, the PLC control hardware wiring diagram and the corresponding control flow chart were established. This design carries on the air course using the solenoid valve or the valve island to transform, the structure is simple and compact, the operational reliability is good. It can receive signal with non - contact pilot, and can realize the long - distance control.
