摘要
通过正交实验对可发性酚醛树脂合成条件及影响酚醛泡沫性能的因素进行了研究与探讨。结果表明:四因素对粘度、固含量影响的重要性主次顺序为:反应温度>反应时间>催化剂用量>F/P摩尔比。初步确定合成可发性酚醛树脂较适宜的反应条件:苯酚与甲醛摩尔比为1.6,催化剂CaO用量为苯酚质量的4%,反应温度80℃,反应时间3.5h。
In this paper ,synthetic conditions of foaming phenolic resin and factors effecting on properties of phenolic foam were studied by orthogonal experimemts. The results show that reaction temperature is the key parameter of affecting viscosity and solid of resin and poly,nerization rate. The other parameters are reaction time, catalyst content and the mole ratio of phenol and formaldehyde in proper order. Optimum conditions have been selected preliminarily: phenol and formaldehyde mole ratio 1.6,CaO catalyst concentration(by weight of phenol ): 4%,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 3.5h.
