直肠癌双吻合器保肛术后局部并发症的预防和治疗

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF LOCAL COMPLICATIONS OF PATIENTS AFTER ANUS-PRESERVING SURGERY FOR RECTAL CARCINOMA BY APPLYING DOUBLE STAPLER

目的探讨低位直肠癌行双吻合器保肛术后并发症的预防和治疗措施。方法1998年6月-2004年9月对208例低位直肠癌用双吻合器法行保肛手术。结果术后发生吻合口漏12例，吻合口狭窄8例。结论充分的肠道准备，保持良好的肠管血运，熟练运用双吻合器与正确放置引流管是预防并发症的主要措施。

Objective To study the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in patients underwent anuspreserving surgery for low rectal cancer by applying a double stapler. Methods Anus-preserving surgery was done for low rectal cancer in 208 cases, from June 1998 to September 2004, by using double stapler. Results Postoperative complications were： anastomotic fistula （12 cases）, and anastomotic stenosis （8）. Conclusion The principal means to prevent the postoperative complications should include sufficient preoperative bowel preparation, maintain rich intestinal blood supply, correct handling the double stapling device and placing of a drainage tbue.
