摘要
目的探讨乙酰肝素酶（Hpa）在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化PV6000法检测60例子宫内膜癌组织中Hpa的表达。结果Hpa在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率为65．0％（39／60），其表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学病理分级、临床手术分期、肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关（x^2=4．40～7．33，P〈0．05）。结论Hpa在子宫内膜癌的进展中起重要作用，可作为判断子宫内膜癌生物学行为的有用指标。
Objective To study the expression of heparanase （Hpa） in carcinoma of endometrium and the relation with its clinical pathological characteristics. Methods The expression of Hpa was detected by immunohistochemistry PV6000 method in 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results The positive Hpa expression of the carcinoma was 65.0%, which was positively associated with histological grade, clinical stage, myometrium invasion, and lymph node metastasis （x^2 = 4.40-7.33, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hpa plays an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma, which can be used as a useful marker in the iudgement of the cancer biological behavior.
