摘要
采用熔融插层法制备了PB/石墨导热复合材料。采用钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201对石墨进行表面处理。研究了PB/石墨复合材料的力学性能、结晶性能和加工流变性能。结果表明,随着石墨含量的增加,PB/石墨复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度增加,而冲击强度降低;石墨的加入加速了PB晶体从晶型Ⅱ到晶型Ⅰ的转变;在低剪切速率下,体系的剪切粘度高于PB,但随着剪切速率增大,体系的流变曲线与纯PB的流变曲线逐渐接近。
Thermal conductive poly (1-butene)( PB)/graphite composite was prepared by means of melting intercalation, and graphite was surface treated by phthalate coupling agent NDZ-201. The mechanical properties, crystal behavior and rheological behavior of the composite were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength and bending strength of the PB/graphite composite increased, but the impact strength decreased with the increase of the content of graphite ; the incorporation of graphite accelerated the crystal to transform from form Ⅱ to form Ⅰ ; the shear viscosity of PB/graphite was higher than that of PB under low shear rate, but with the increase of the shear rate, the rheological behaviour of PB/graphite came to be the same with that of PB gradually.
