摘要
研究和探讨《能源法》对煤炭领域调整的主要内容,具有十分重要的意义。《能源法》应当定位为能源基本法。《能源法》对煤炭领域的主要调整内容包括三类：因协调性强更适合在《能源法》中规定的内容；因煤炭领域矛盾特别突出需要在《能源法》中规定以示强调的内容；因对能源领域共性问题进行规定可能涉及煤炭的内容。
It is a very significant to study and clarify the Energy Law regulations that can be applied in coal sector. Since the Energy Law ought to be defined as the fundamental law in energy field, it is better to adopt the following three types of regulations that related with coal sector in the Energy Law： firstly, the regulations stipulating the coordination among energy fields; secondly, the regulations emphasizing the urgent issues in coal sector; thirdly, the regulations being applied to the common issues of energy field.
