Discussion of Sustainable Development of China Green Lights Project

中国绿色照明工程项目在“九五”和“十五”期间实施取得了令人瞩目的成果和成效。在“十一五”期间,继续实施绿色照明工程,建立可自我约束、自我发展的照明节能机制,实现中国绿色照明工程的可持续发展,是一项艰巨的任务。本文就中国绿色照明工程进一步实施面临的主要问题,中国绿色照明工程可持续发展的主要思路和主要任务以及促进中国绿色照明工程可持续发展的政策措施等问题进行了研究与探讨。

China Green Lights Project has obtained significant achievements implemented in the 9^th Fiveyear Plan period （1996-2000） and the 10th Five-year Plan period （2001-2005）. It is also challenges to set up the mechanisms of self-development and self-constraints for realizing the sustainable development during 11^th Five-year Plan period. The paper presents the main barriers to further implementation of China Green Lights Project and recommends the targets and measures for sustainable development.
