Through a combination of ideology with the times, theory with practice and philosophy with the people, Popular Philosophy studies and expounds the key issues of China. It embodies the enterprising spirit with its focus on the reality, from which we should learn more. The overall, balanced and sustainable development of Yunnan relies on the humanistic orientation.
