摘要
目的研究富勒醇对小鼠移植性肝癌生长的抑制作用。方法将荷瘤小鼠分为4组:4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L的富勒醇组,氟尿嘧啶组及空白对照组。分别腹腔注射相应的药物及注射用水后,给予光照射,连续7 d。之后处死小鼠,记录瘤质量。结果4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L的富勒醇组平均瘤质量均低于空白对照组(F=58.89,q=4.28、4.40,P<0.01),两种浓度富勒醇组之间瘤质量差异无显著性(q=1.32,P>0.05)。氟尿嘧啶组平均瘤质量明显低于4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L富勒醇组(q=3.97、4.51,P<0.01),但其毒性作用大于富勒醇组。结论富勒醇对小鼠移植性肝癌的生长均有明显抑制作用,且毒性作用较氟尿嘧啶小。
Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of fullerenols on the growth of transplanted hepatocarcinoma in mice. Methods Forty eight tumor-bearing mice were divided into four groups; fullenrenols (high and low concentration) groups, FU group, and blank group. The corresponding drugs and distilled water for injection were injected intra abdominally for each group, and photoradiation was given for seven days. Then the animals were killed and tumor weight measured. Results Tumor weight was lower in fullerenols groups compared with blank group (F=58.89;q=4. 28.4. 4;P〈0. 01), with no significant difference between high and low concentration fullerenols groups (q=1. 32,P〉0.05). Tumor weight was lower in FU group compared with fuilerenols and blank groups, respectively (q=3, 97,1. 89;P〈0. 01). The toxic effects were more serious in FU group. Conclusion Fullerenols can inhibit the growth of transplanted hepatocarcinoma in mice and has few adverse reactions.
