摘要
目的评价特比萘芬甲涂剂对甲癣的临床治疗效果。方法选用不同浓度特比萘芬甲涂剂对120例经实验室真菌检验确诊的甲癣病趾及周边5 mm内皮肤进行涂拭,连续用药12周。结果安慰剂、浓度为10、50及100 g/L的特比萘芬甲涂剂组治疗有效率分别为0、16.67%、56.67%、66.67%。药物浓度为50 g/L特比萘芬组治疗效果明显优于对照组及10 g/L组(χ2=26.45、15.43,P<0.01);药物浓度为50、100 g/L组治疗效果比较无明显差异(χ2=0.63,P>0.05)。结论50 g/L特比萘芬甲涂剂对于真菌感染甲癣有明显效果。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of terbinafine nail lacquer for onychomycosis. Methods Different concentrations of terbinafine nail lacquer were spread on the toenails and the skin within 5 mm around in 120 patients with onychomycosis for 12 weeks. Results The response rates of placebo and terbinafine in the concentration of 10,50,100 （g/L） were 0, 16.67%, 56.67% and 66.67%, respectively. The therapeutic efficacy of terbinafine in 50 g/L was much obvious than that of placebo and 10 g/L terbinafine （x^2=26.45, 15.43, P〈0.01）. Significant difference between 50 g/L terbinafine and 100 g/L terbinafine was not observed （x^2 = 0, 63, P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Terhinafine nail lacquer in concentration of 50 g/L shows marked efficacy for onychomycosis.
