摘要 文中以5ng/ml金标准溶液为试样,以抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,采用斜坡升温和长寿命石墨管技术,进行了灯电流、干燥、灰化、原子化、清除温度和时间实验。通过实验得到了Z-5000石墨炉升温的最佳程序。该方法检出限为0.051×10^-8,精密度(RSD,n=10)为1%~2%;此升温程序已应用3000余件化探样品,其结果不仅能满足实验要求,而且还能有效地延长石墨管及仪器的使用寿命。 Taking'standard aqua of the gold of 5ng/ml as a test sample, with the ve as ax-modifier, and using the technology of slope-heating and long life graphite tube, this paper introduces the tests for light electric current, drying, ashing, atomizing, cleaning temperature, and time. The optimum procedure for heating the Z -5000 graphite furnace is found out through the tests. This method is able to detect up to 0. 051 ×10^ -9 as its limit with an accuracy of 1% ~ 2% ( RSD, n = 10). This heating programme has been applied for more than 3 000 pieces of geochemical exploration sample, which results not only satisfy the experiment requests, but also effectively extend the service life of the graphite tube and the instrument.
