尿毒症血液透析病人血清IL-6及CRP的变化及意义 被引量:8

CHANGES AND SIGNIFICANCE OF SERUM IL-6 AND CRP IN PATIENTS WITH UREMIA UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS

摘要 目的探讨尿毒症血液透析病人血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及与营养状态和贫血的关系。方法检测正常对照组、尿毒症未透析组和血液透析组的IL-6、CRP、血红蛋白(Hb)、清蛋白(Alb)、肌酐(SCr)水平。根据CRP水平将血液透析组分为CRP≤5 mg/L组和CRP>5 mg/L组,并比较两组IL-6、Alb、SCr、Hb的水平。结果血液透析组IL-6、CRP水平明显高于对照组和未透析组(t=5.47~7.98,P<0.01),血液透析组IL-6、CRP分别与Hb、Alb呈负相关(r=-0.74^-0.53,P<0.01),与SCr无相关关系(r=0.08、-0.04,P>0.05)。结论IL-6、CRP是尿毒症血液透析病人炎症反应较好的预测指标,并且在营养不良和贫血中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the serum IL-6, CRP and their relationship with malnutrition and anemia in patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis. Methods IL-6,CRP,Hb,Alb,and SCr levels were measured in normal controls, patients without hemodialysis and with hemodialysis. The hemodialysis patients were divided into CRP≤5 mg/L group and CRP〉5 mg/L group. The levels of IL-6, Alb,SCr,and Hb were compared between this two groups. Results The serum IL-6,CRP in hemodialysis group were significantly higher than those of non-hemodialysisgroup and control group (t=5.47-7.98,P〈0.01). In hemodialysis group, IL-6 and CRP were negatively correlated with Alb and Hb, respectively (r= -0.74-0.53, P〈0.01), but not correlated with SCr (r=0.08,-0.04, P〉0.05). Conclusion CRPand IL-6 are the better predictive markers of inflammation and play an importan role in malnutrition and anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
