随机参数柔性移动副运动性能的可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Kinematics′ Accuracy of Compliant Translational Joints with Stochastic Parameters

摘要 以平行四杆柔性移动副为研究对象,基于伪刚体模型,采用虚功原理对机构的整体刚度进行了分析。在此基础上,将加工误差、作用载荷、杆长尺寸、弹性模量等参数均视为随机变量,建立了柔性移动副输出运动精度的可靠性分析模型,通过算例分析了柔性移动副中各项随机参数的变化对运动精度可靠度的影响。 Based on the pseudo-rigid-body model, the paper used the virtual work principle and studied the whole rigidity of compliant translational joints. Through considering the structural physical parameters such as the Young's modulus and structural dimension, manufacturing error and load application to structures stochastic variables, the reliability analysis model of kinematics' accuracy of compliant translational joints was built. The influence of the changes of the stochastic variables on the reliability of kinematics' accuracy of the joints was analysed through a calculation instance.
