摘要
由于刀具磨损过程存在趋势项,传统的过程能力指数将变得不可靠。本文使用刀具磨损过程的能力指数,得到满足顾客要求的最小过程能力指数的换刀时刻。使用Bernste in概率密度函数描述刀具寿命和刀具磨损过程的一般特征,考虑质量损失、换刀成本、由于刀具的突然失效引发的惩罚成本及刀具的残留价值,结合过程能力和成本,提出了用于确定最佳刀具初始状态和换刀时刻的模型。在实际生产中,该模型提供了一种离线刀具管理方法。
Due to the trends in tool wear processes, the use of traditional process capability indices becomes unreliable. The paper uses process capability indices for tool wear processes, from which the tool replacement time that meets the needs of customers for minimum process capability indices is obtained. The Bernstein probability density function is applied to describe the general characteristics of tool life and tool wear processes. The paper also presents a model for determining tools' optimal initial settings and tool replacement time with regard to quality loss, replacement cost, penalty cost for sudden tool failure and salvage, which provides an off-line tool management method for production practices.
