摘要
为了克服机械式转向器的弊端,设计了一种基于DSP控制的新型汽车电子转向器。采用光电旋转编码器实时检测汽车转向盘的旋转方向、旋转角度两项参数,用DSP对这两项参数进行实时处理,以恒频脉宽调制的方式完成步进电机的细分驱动,结合CPLD、A/D器件对系统工作状态进行实时监控,实现系统故障自诊断功能。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性和该方法的可行性和有效性。
To overcome the disadvantages of machine steering wheels, the paper designed a new kind of auto electron steering based on digital signal processors (DSP). A photo-electric rotary encoder was used to measure the two parameters of angle and direction of an auto steering wheel. The parameters were processed in real-time with DSP and a step-motor's subdividing drive was accomplished by DSP and D/A transformer in the constant frequency pulse width modulation mode. The state of system work was inspected by DSP,CPLD and A/D jointly and the system fault diagnosis function has been realized. The results of an experiment proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
