with the development of Internet and the comprehensive implication of XME, the exchanging of XME and Web Database is increasing. How to realize the exchanging between both of them effectively is count for the efficiency of Web application program. The paper proposes a framework of data exchanging interface between XME an Database and improves it, then puts forward a solution Schema and realizes the interface.
