摘要
采用Cadence公司的PSD大型EDA平台的pSpiceA/D软件包,利用普通二极管组成的测温电桥和DVM基本档实现0~100℃数字温度计功能的参数设计,其关键方法是利用了pSpice的多参数扫描功能。
The parameter design of the function of the 0~100℃ digital thermometer was realized by adopting the pSpice A/D software pack of the large-scale EDA platform of the Cadence company and using the temperature-measuring electricity bridge consisted of ordinary diodes and the basis positions of Digital Voltage Measurement. The multi-parameter scanning function of pSpice was used as the most critical method.
