基础教育改革的全面实施和不断深化,要求物理教师必须在教育观念、教育方式、教学行为、知识结构等方面进行必要的调整,全面提高自身整体素质。分别从教育理念、科学素养、人文素养等方面进行了论述,旨在提升教师自身修养以尽快适应课程改革的需要。

The implementation and deepening of basic education reform requires that physics teachers make necessary adjustments in educational concept, methods, acts and knowledge structure so as to improve their overall quality. This paper makes an analysis of this adjustment from the perspective of educational concept, scientific quality and humane quality with an purpose of improving teachers＇ quality to adapt to the need of curriculum reform as soon as possible.
