神经元网络模型在煮糖控制中的应用

摘要 煮糖结晶过程是一非线性、慢时变过程,其内部机理复杂,各变量间相互耦合,建立机理模型相对困难。随着人工神经网络的发展,出现了很多网络模型及训练算法,结合煮糖工艺的特点我们采用传统的BP模型,但原始的BP算法收敛速度慢。为了加快网络的收敛,我们采用了学习率自适应调整算法。仿真试验表明此算法完全满足煮糖控制的要求。 Cane Sugar' s boiling and crystallisation is an non - linear and slowly time - varied proces. Because it' s internal mechanism is complex,and each variable is coupled with other, It's difficulty to establish its mechanism model. With the development of Artificial Neural networks, many network models come into using. According to the character of sugar boiling, we use BP network model, however, the constriction speed of initial BP algorithm is slow. In order to meet the requirement of sugar boiling, we use adaptive adjustable algorithm. The result of emulation shows this algorithm completely meets the challenge of control for sugar boiling.
