摘要
本文首先对我国高等教育信息化测度和评价指标体系设计指导思想和设计原则进行了论述,其次对我国高等教育信息化测度研究进行了分类,进而对国内已有的教育信息化和高等教育信息化评价指标体系进行了比较研究,分析了各指标体系的优点和不足之处,提出了在实证研究中修正指标体系,促进高等教育统计工作的完善与发展的建议。
Firstly, the article and evaluation index system of the estimation research on discusses the design guideline thinking and the design principle of measuring higher education informatization of our country, secondly, the article classifies higher education informatization of our country, then compares the evaluation index system of education informatization and higher education informatization which have been existing in our country, and analyzes the merit and demerit of each index system, advances the suggestions of modifying the index system in empirical research and promoting the perfection and development of higher education statistics work.
