摘要
马钢南山矿业公司凹山采场为充分利用其境界外平均品位为TFe 28.63%的2 156万t铁矿资源,稳定和延长采场的服务年限,开展了露天转地下开采的可行性研究,推出了“平硐-风井开拓、露天台阶转载运输”、“恢复东排水斜井开拓”和“平硐溜井+露天斜坡提升“等3个开拓运输方案。经过技术经济比较,确定采用投资小、建设快的”平硐-风井开拓、露天台阶转载运输”方案,为采场生产安排决策提供了依据。
In order to fully utilize the 21.56 Mt outside-limit iron ore resource grading 28.63% TFe on average so as to stabilize and prolong its service life, Washan Pit of Ma Steel's Nanshan Mining Co. , Ltd carried out he feasibility study on the transfer from open-pit mining to underground mining. Three development and transportation schemes were proposed, namely "adit-air shaft development and transportation with transfer at open pit bench", "recovered use of east inclined draining shaft for development" and "adit pass + lifting along open pit slope". Through the technical and economic comparison, it was finally determined to use the scheme of "adit-air shaft development and transportation with transfer at open pit bench" which was characterized by small investment and short construction period, thus providing the basis for the decision-making for the pit production.
