蔬菜中重金属元素测定的前处理方法

Research on the Determining Method of Heavy Metal Element in Vegetable

采用稀酸提取法前处理蔬菜样品,测定了重金属元素含量,比较了稀酸提取法和国标法的精密度、回收率,结果表明:稀酸提取法测定Cu、Zn、Cd的精密度和回收率均接近于国标法,且稀酸提取法具有简便、快速等优势;但稀酸提取法测定重金属元素Cr、Mn的结果与国标法差异较大。

The content of heavy metal elements in vegetables was examined with thinner acid method and state standard method and the procision anti the rate of recovery were compared, The results showed that the proeision and the rate of recmery of thinner acid method were higher than state standard method in the determination of the coment of heavv metal Cu, Zn and Cd. Besides,the thinner acid method had more advantages in simple,convenient and fast than the state standard method , However,the thinner acid method was, shortage in the determination of other heavy metal elements such as Cr and Mn.
