摘要
采用盆栽法,研究钾肥不同追施时期对强筋小麦产量和品质的影响。结果表明:钾肥追施时期后移,虽然降低了强筋小麦的产量,但显著提高了强筋小麦籽粒的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉降值。综合考虑产量和品质效应,钾肥追施时期以拔节期为宜。
The results of potted experiments indicated that the lag of potassium topdressing stage could increase protein content, wet gluten contnet and sedimentation value significantly even though it decreased the grain yield of strong gluten wheat.Based on the consideration of the effects of yield and quality,the optimum potassium topdressing stage was in jointing stage.
