运用制度经济学通过农村非正规金融兴起的背景来分析农村非正规金融完善农村正规金融制度的可行性,同时运用局部知识范式通过农村非正规金融兴起的主要原因来分析农村非正规金融完善农村正规金融组织体系功能的可能性。从制度和功能两方面推进农村正规金融的完善。

This paper analyzes the possible that informal rural finance perfects the formal rural financial system by using System Economics resorting to the background that the informal rural finance is prosperous. This paper analyzes the possible that informal rural finance perfects the formal rural financial function by using the Local Knowledge Paradigm resorting to the main reason that the informal rural finance is prosperous. Both system and function perfect formal rural finance.
