The low-teaching level always is the main factor to restrict the English teaching development in colleges and universities. In order to solving the problem, the foreign language department should, taking the opportunity of teaching reform, make use of colorful and efficient teaching-research activities to cultivate the teachers cooperative sense, promote their abilities in foreign language teaching.
