编务与编务学:不该如此“沉寂”

Editing and Editing Science: Not To Be So Quiet

期刊的编务工作是出版业的基础性工作。鉴于目前编务工作尚未得到应有的重视,编务学学术研究处于薄弱地位,明确了编务工作的职责,指出应加强编务学的学术研究,提出编务与编务学之出路在于:建立激励机制,建设编务队伍;完善岗位竞争机制,提高编务综合素质;创造编务学学术氛围,创办编务学专业期刊等。

The editing work of periodicals is essential for publication business. In view of the fact that editing work at present has not deserved any attention, the research on editing science is quite weak. This paper clearly presents the responsibilities of editing work, lays stress on the importance of research on editing science, and at the same time puts forward some outlets： to construct an editing contingent through setting up encouraging mechanism, to enhance the comprehensive qualities by improving competitive mechanism as well as to start a publication of editing science for creating aeedemie atmosphere for editing science.
