摘要
文章介绍首次韩国汉语教师培训的基本情况,分析这次培训的三大特点:增加了汉语教师的汉语和文化知识,提高了汉语教师的水平;掌握了先进的教学法,提高了汉语教师的教学技能;纠正了有些教师在教学中的不当做法,找到了适合自己国情的汉语教学法。在培训过程中,我们也发现有的教师汉语知识和文化知识有欠缺,教学方法不得当,针对这些问题,提出了合理化建议。
This essay discusses for the first time the training of Korean teachers for teaching Chinese and analyzes the three characteristics of such training. They are as follows: 1) it enriches the trainees' knowledge about the Chinese language and culture, and thus improves their qualities; 2) it helps the trainees grasp more advanced teaching methods; 3) it helps correct some improper methods and find out some appropriate ways to teach Chinese in Korea. In the course of training, it has been found that some trainees lack the knowledge about the Chinese language and culture, and their teaching methods are not proper. Thus, some suggestions are offered to solve these problems.
