Study on Adducing Proof of Juvenile Testimonial Evidence——In the Perspective of Minor Victim and Witeness

以未成年被害人、证人为切入点,研究了未成年人言词证据举证中的保障如实陈述原则、迅速原则、人文关怀原则。论证了革新庭前准备程序以及实施未成年人远程作证的必要性与可行性;阐述了运用高科技手段在庭审中保护未成年人的具体措施以及未成年人言词证据举证方式选择中应注意的问题。

This article studies the principles of guaranteeing authentic statement, speed and humanistic solicitude in adducing proof of juvenile testimonial evidence in the perspective of minor victim and witness. It discusses the necessity and feasibility of reforming the pre-trial procedure and actualizing long-distance testifying of the minor. It also expounds the measure of protecting the minor on the trial with high-tech instruments and the problems in choosing the way of adducing proof.
