乒乓球运动是青年学生普遍喜爱的体育项目之一,而提高学生的素质是目前体育教学的当务之急。因此,我们可以通过乒乓球训练,来努力提高学生的身体素质、心理素质和社会适应能力。
Ping - pong sport is one of the sport events which has been universally loved by young students, and it is the urgent matter to improve the student's quality in the current physical education . Therefore, by means of the ping - pong training, we make great efforts to improve the student's constitution , mental quality and the adaptation ability with the society.
