According to the character of market structure of household appliances, the analysis on the whole social benefit, third-party purchasers and suppliers competition shows that it is very important to work out energy efficiency standard. The economic model is made to give the accordance for the energy efficiency. In order to guarantee to promote the implementation of the energy conservation on the source, the government should strengthen the supply-side management.
