摘要
结合在工作实践中所发现的计量装置隐患和窃电案例,指出了在业扩过程中和供电方案的选择、施工设计审查及竣工验收过程中需要特别注意防范窃电的问题,并结合国家电力法规、地方和行业标准．提出了业扩工程完善防范窃电的措施。
Combining the hidden trouble of measuring apparatus and power stealing cases in practise, the paper points out the problems which need special attention in business expansion, the choice of power supply plan, construction design inspection and final course of receiving. Combining national power law and local and trade standard, the paper also supplys the measures of improving preventing power stealing in business expansion projects.
