摘要
在太阳能电池板上的自动薄膜灌封成形机理研究和试验的基础上,利用粘性流体力学等理论建立A、B混合料在太阳能电池板上流动的数学模型,推出薄膜的厚度和灌注量的计算公式,并对所形成液面的表面张力进行分析,找出最佳的技术参数,便于对其进行进一步地控制.
The mathematical model of the mixture with resin (A material)and its solidified material(B material)flowing on the solar battery board has been built by viscous hydrodynamics and so on theories based on a lot of experiments and the mixture auto-shaped film on the board in this paper. The formulas of the shaped film thickness and perfusion measure have been deduced. In order to find out and to control the best technical parameters, the surface tension of liquid is analyzed too.
