摘要 对GH3030合金电渣重熔成(?)55 0mm钢锭,第1批试制生产电渣锭烧Ti增Al的主要原因进行了分析讨论,得出:在电渣重熔初期,渣中TiO_2含量很低,而Al_2O_3含量很高,为保持平衡常数KT为一定值,化学反应:3 [Ti]+2(Al_2O_3)□4[Al]+3(TiO_2)向右进行,在钢锭下部[Ti]把渣中(Al_2O_3)的(Al^(3+))还原成[Al]而进入钢中,使钢锭大头端Al成分不合格,为此采取向渣中加入一定量的TiO_2粉,能使钢锭Al、Ti成分得到有效控制。 The reasons for loss of Ti and increase of Al in Ф550mm ESR ingot of GH3030 were analyzed, which produced in trial scale production for the first time. The results showed that at the beginning of remelting, the content of TiO2 was low, while the content of Al2O3 was very high. In order to keep equilibrium constant KT a fixed value, chemical formula 3[Ti] + 2(Al2O3) → 4[Al] + 3(TiO2) reacted from the left to the right, Al3 + of Al2O3 in slag was reduced to Al by Ti in lower part of the ingot, as a result, the content of AI didn't meet the requirement. By addition of an amount of TiO2 power into slag, the A1 and Ti content could be controlled witlfin limits.
