20CrMnSiA中板材热处理工艺探讨

对20CrMnSiA热轧板材进行热处理工艺试验,以确定合理的热处理制度。结果表明：20CRrMnSiA板材在不要求脱碳层的前提下,成品热处理可采用700℃×6h在罩式退火炉中进行；否则采用700℃×(30～40)min在辊底式退火炉中进行。

Heat treatment process test of 20CrMnSiA hot rolling plate 20CrMnSiA was conducted so as to determine reasonable heat treatment system.
